Welcome to Scrap Super Fights (“Scrap,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, ticket sales, livestreams, merchandise, and participation in events. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our site or purchase our services.

Event Tickets & Pay-Per-View

All ticket and pay-per-view (PPV) sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by Scrap Super Fights. If an event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Tickets may not be resold or transferred without prior approval from Scrap Super Fights.

Merchandise

Merchandise can only be returned or exchanged if it arrives damaged or does not fit. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and items must be unworn and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or an error was made with the order.

Athlete Participation

Athletes must complete registration forms, waivers, and weigh-ins as instructed. Scrap Super Fights reserves the right to change match-ups or event lineups without notice. Unsportsmanlike conduct, failure to follow event rules, or unsafe behavior may result in disqualification or removal from the event.

Livestream Access

Purchase of a PPV grants the buyer personal, non-transferable access to the livestream. Sharing, reproducing, or redistributing the stream in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Liability

By attending or participating in Scrap Super Fights events, you acknowledge the risks associated with martial arts competition and agree that Scrap Super Fights, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damages. Spectators and participants attend at their own risk.

Intellectual Property

All logos, event footage, photographs, and promotional content are the property of Scrap Super Fights and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it for details on how we collect and use your information.

Changes to Terms

Scrap Super Fights may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
