1. Participation & Refund

PolicyThe entry fee is $100 and is required for placement in the bracket.The entry fee is non-refundable, except in the case of a documented injury that prevents the athlete from competing prior to the start of the event.To be eligible for a refund due to injury, the athlete must provide a valid doctor’s note or official medical documentation clearly confirming the injury. This documentation must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the start of the event.Any documentation submitted after this deadline will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.If the athlete is injured during the competition, no refund will be issued.

2. Title Defense Requirement

The winner of the 135 lb Title Belt agrees to return and defend the belt at least one (1) time at a future Scrap Super Fights event as scheduled by the promotion.After successfully completing one (1) title defense, the champion may either:a) Continue holding and defending the belt, orb) Vacate the title at their discretion.

3. Failure to Appear / Defend

If the champion fails to appear for their scheduled title defense, they will:Forfeit the title belt immediately, andForfeit all prize money earned from the championship bracket.

4. Weight & Rules

Athletes must weigh in at a maximum of 136 lbs (135 lb division with a one (1) pound allowance).Missing weight will result in disqualification from the bracket.All matches will follow the Scrap Super Fights ruleset, including :6-minute matches (non-finals)No scissor takedownsLegal submissions as defined by Scrap rules Finals match will be conducted with no time limit (submission only).

5. Payout 

The total prize pool for the bracket is $1,000. Distribution of winnings is contingent upon full compliance with all event rules and this agreement.Prize money will only be released once the athlete has:Signed this agreement, andSuccessfully completed weigh-ins within the designated time frame

6. Media & Promotion 

By participating, the athlete agrees to take part in reasonable media and promotional obligations, including interviews, social media content, and event-related promotion.The athlete grants Scrap Super Fights the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional materials, live streams, and highlight content without additional compensation.

7. Acknowledgement

By clicking the check mark in the form, the athlete confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement and acknowledge that this action serves as a legally binding signature.
