Scrap Super Fights 16-Man Bracket Athlete Agreement

1. Participation & Refund Policy

The entry fee is $100 and is required to secure placement in the bracket.

The entry fee is non-refundable, except in the case of a documented injury that prevents the athlete from competing prior to the start of the event.

To be eligible for a refund due to injury, the athlete must provide a valid doctor’s note or official medical documentation clearly confirming the injury. This documentation must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the start of the event.

Any documentation submitted after this deadline will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

If the athlete is injured during the competition, no refund will be issued.

2. Title Defense Requirement

The winner of the 145 lb Title Belt agrees to return and defend the championship at least one (1) time at a future Scrap Super Fights event as scheduled by the promotion.

After successfully completing one (1) title defense, the champion may either:

a) Continue holding and defending the title; or
b) Vacate the title at their discretion.

3. Failure to Appear / Defend

If the champion fails to appear for their scheduled title defense, they will:

• Forfeit the 145 lb title immediately; and

• Forfeit all prize money earned from the championship bracket.

4. Weight & Rules

Athletes must weigh in at a maximum of 146 lbs, representing the 145 lb division with a one (1) pound allowance.

Missing weight will result in disqualification from the bracket.

All matches will follow the official Scrap Super Fights ruleset, including:

• 6-minute matches for all non-final matches

• No scissor takedowns

• Legal submissions as defined by the Scrap Super Fights ruleset

• All other standard Scrap Super Fights competition rules

Championship Final

The 145 lb championship final will have NO TIME LIMIT and will be submission only.

The match will continue until a submission determines the champion.

5. Payout

The total prize pool for the bracket is $2,000.

Distribution of winnings is contingent upon full compliance with all event rules and the terms of this agreement.

Prize money will only be released once the athlete has:

• Signed/accepted this agreement; and

• Successfully completed weigh-ins within the designated time frame.

6. Media & Promotion

By participating in Scrap 7, the athlete agrees to take part in reasonable media and promotional obligations, including interviews, social media content, photography, video, and event-related promotion.

The athlete grants Scrap Super Fights permission to use their name, image, likeness, photographs, video footage, interviews, and competition footage for event promotion, live streams, social media, advertisements, highlights, and other Scrap Super Fights promotional materials without additional compensation.

7. Acknowledgement & Agreement

By clicking the check mark in the registration form, the athlete confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

The athlete further acknowledges their intent for the electronic acceptance of this agreement to serve as their signature and agreement to these terms.
