Terms of Service and Athlete Waiver

By checking this box and completing registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the following terms for participation in Scrap Super Fights (“SCRAP”) events.

1. Eligibility & Registration

I confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful. I understand that providing false or misleading information may result in removal from the event without refund.

2. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and combat sports involve inherent risks, including serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with training, competing, traveling to, or participating in any Scrap Super Fights event.

3. Medical Responsibility

I understand that Scrap Super Fights does not provide medical insurance coverage. I am solely responsible for any medical treatment, rehabilitation, or recovery required as a result of injury.

If injured, I agree to take appropriate action to address my injuries and understand that Scrap Super Fights is not responsible for ongoing medical care.

4. Waiver & Release

By checking this box, I agree to and legally bind myself to the Scrap Super Fights Athlete Waiver, Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

5. Media, Image & Likeness Consent

I grant Scrap Super Fights full permission to record, photograph, film, livestream, and otherwise capture my name, image, likeness, voice, and performance during any Scrap Super Fights–related activity.

I authorize Scrap Super Fights to use this content without compensation for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes across all Scrap Super Fights–related platforms, including but not limited to:

• Social media accounts

• Websites

• Livestreams

• Promotional videos

• Advertising materials

• Future digital or broadcast platforms

This permission is granted in perpetuity and without geographic limitation.

6. Event Rules & Conduct

I agree to follow all Scrap Super Fights rules, instructions from officials, and event policies. Unsportsmanlike conduct, rule violations, or unsafe behavior may result in disqualification without refund.

7. Payments & Refunds

All registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Scrap Super Fights. Event dates, matchups, brackets, and formats are subject to change.

8. Legal Capacity

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old or have obtained consent from a legal guardian. I affirm that I am legally competent to enter into this agreement.
