Kids Terms of Service and Athlete Waiver

PARENT / LEGAL GUARDIAN TERMS OF SERVICE & CONSENT**

By checking this box and completing registration, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant and that I have read, understood, and agree to the following terms on their behalf for participation in Scrap Super Fights (“SCRAP”) events.

1. Parental Authority & Registration

I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant and that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful. I understand that providing false or misleading information may result in removal from the event without refund.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand that Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and combat sports involve inherent risks, including serious injury. On behalf of the minor participant, I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with training, competing, traveling to, or participating in any Scrap Super Fights event.

3. Medical Consent & Responsibility

I authorize Scrap Super Fights, its staff, officials, volunteers, and medical personnel to obtain or provide emergency medical treatment for the minor participant if necessary.

I understand that Scrap Super Fights does not provide medical insurance coverage. I accept full responsibility for any medical treatment, rehabilitation, or recovery required as a result of injury.

If the minor participant is injured, I agree to take appropriate action to address their injuries, including seeking professional medical care and following treatment recommendations.

4. Waiver & Release of Liability

On behalf of the minor participant and myself, I agree to and legally bind both parties to the Scrap Super Fights Youth Athlete Waiver, Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

I release, waive, and hold harmless Scrap Super Fights, its owners, promoters, staff, officials, volunteers, sponsors, venue operators, and affiliates from any claims arising from the minor participant’s participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Media, Image & Likeness Consent (Minor Participant)

I grant Scrap Super Fights full permission to record, photograph, film, livestream, and otherwise capture the minor participant’s name, image, likeness, voice, and performance during any Scrap Super Fights–related activity.

I authorize Scrap Super Fights to use this content without compensation for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes across all Scrap Super Fights–related platforms, including but not limited to:

• Social media accounts

• Websites

• Livestreams

• Promotional videos

• Advertising materials

• Future digital or broadcast platforms

This permission is granted in perpetuity, without geographic limitation, and may be edited or combined with other media at Scrap Super Fights’ discretion.

6. Event Rules & Conduct

I agree that the minor participant will follow all Scrap Super Fights rules, instructions from officials, and event policies. Unsafe behavior, rule violations, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification without refund.

7. Payments & Refunds

All registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Scrap Super Fights. Event dates, divisions, matchups, and formats are subject to change.

8. Legal Capacity

I confirm that I am legally authorized to sign this agreement on behalf of the minor participant and that I do so knowingly and voluntarily.
